I guess we more frequently have clients with a set budget+specific features, then we use time+scope to make it work for us. They're usually shocked by how much we get done compared to other dev shops (thanks Laravel), so it seems to work.
Thoughts on that approach?

If someone comes to you with a project and wants features X, Y, and Z then what do you commit to? Time-based?
