Beginner error is to publish the code so that's an easy copy & paste to reproduce. You can guard against this kind of bullying following a time-honored foolproof tradition (fools like me in this case):
1) Screenshot the code.
2) Hide the code in the appendix.
3) Use a broken link to the appendix.
