I just finished the first two volumes, and I am excited to see where it leads. It may not have the flashiness of its predecessor, but it is nice to read a version that doesn't leave story and writing as an afterthought.

The more modern coloring really highlights his drawing inadequacies even more so than the original.

The final issue still has the Berserkers in the background of the fight scene despite being removed from it in the story.
