"Defending Your Life" is the great Albert Brooks film about how fear keeps us from being our best selves. "Albert Brooks: Defending My Life" is the great documentary by Rob Reiner about his lifelong friend Albert Brooks. They are both well worth (re)watching as a double-feature. Two thumbs up! 👍👍
