This is a great move by the Health Minister, Jennifer Carroll MacNeill. Historically, prohibition has always worked, and demand for an outlawed product has never ended up being fulfilled by the black market

I’m so glad that Ruth Coppinger got elected! She was a great voice in the Dáil in my teens/twenties, and it’s great to see her back!
