Students no longer find value in placements, and doctors don’t have the same opportunities as before to teach due to understaffing and work pressures.

The standard of medical education is deteriorating and we are nearing breaking point. The time to act is now.

this was actually very difficult for me to write. is my language inclusive of the wide and complex struggles faced by our community? does writing this actually make a difference?

A powerful and meaningful read that really displays why LGBTQ+ History Month is relevant today. Section 28 is a taint on UK history that our leaders need to learn from. We must protect and empower our LGBTQ+ colleagues so that they can provide the best patient outcomes without discrimination 🌈
