took my TG-7 with me on my way to and from the shops (again) and caught among other shots these four
not entirely sure what the message is that the birds wish to convey to the owner of this car, but I suspect they are not pleased about something to CR@P on it like this bit of a view point the pedestrian does NOT usually have, camera over the safety rail for this different shot of the street just like the way the tops of the fence posts are marching into the distance and round the corner the stark contrast of sunlit concrete and the shadow of the adjacent fence caught my eye and imagination

fast food place altering week by week as it expands question in my mind when I saw these playing cards was who dropped these here and why? architecture old and new cheek by jowl in Ilford I could not help thinking these cones looked like they were ready to address a public meeting

ambulance making it's way into town having left the A406 heading up Romford Road to Ilford Hill when you live in a built up urban area like we do these sorts of things will always catch your eye, nice roadside flowers (red hot pokers?) a view you would not normally have from the pavement side of this fence and a wonderful set of leading lines another unusual perspective for the average pedestrian this is not a view you'd usually have near this fence, and a nice set of leading lines too

walking to the shops armed with the OM System TG-7 again and saw this.... who knows what it's going there, too good shape to be dumped as rubbish, and too suspicious to tempt opening it not sure if I've put this here before but I just liked how the metal frames of the bike stands looked could not resist these plants at the side of the pavement walking to the shops this bus was at the side of the road obviously out of service, there's always a slight sense of mystery with these things, "what happened to the bus?"

a Mallard in the shade while the park swelters cute furball actually stayed put and let me take it's photo, though it was moving around a lot leading to more blurry shots than I'd have liked, this was the best of the bunch quite pleased to have caught this swan nicely, usually they swim off or take flight as soon as I point the lens at them not sure what kind of animal this is (a TreeBeast?) seems to have TWO necks though

back to my point the TG-7 at anything and just shoot
the collection of the mundane grows
sign placed pavement side to direct cyclists away from the lane they barely use anyway as they are more often on the pavement than the road different times of the day mean that light falls so dramatically on this patch of ground, see other posts for examples the world of the mundane a pile of traffic cones
