Just to add some context from the sideline. He wrote this tweet after people started harassing and insulting him.

Wasn't that post made in response to the harassment and review bombing he was receiving? Basically saying that he's proud of his country and that he won't give in to pressure from others?

This was his response. It was civil and to the point. But apparently some people thought it was enough to review bomb and try to cancel him. If there was no pushback maybe that would have been added. But oh well.
