Seems like something the Stanle Genius should know about before everybody else in the world.

You can’t just skip all those steps, because you think they are terrorists or it takes too long or it’s not convenient.

However, if they are suspected of crimes;
Arrest them
Charge them with the crimes
Try them before jury of their peers where the get to defend themselves
If convicted, sentence them according to the law.

The people that are being deported by Secretary Homan and President Trump may actually be criminals and terrorists. Nobody actually knows the details of their lives on an individual basis.

Maybe if he broke the law less, the judges would stop ruling against him. The fact that democratic appointed judges rule him just show they are the ones upholding the law.
