(5/6) He was like, “Don’t apologize, I’m glad you brought it to my attention.” So then I asked, “Why a snake plant? Why not flowers?” And this man shrugged and said, “Because you’re allergic to flowers.”

Um… How did my boss know that?

(4/6) When I get to my desk, I see a little snake plant. On it, a note from my boss apologizing to me m, and to the other women in the office. It said that the products free going forward. So when I run into him later that day I tell him, “I’m so sorry, I shouldn’t have snapped at you.”

(3/6) And he froze and was like, “N-no.” So I asked, “So why do you think it’s appropriate for people like me to pay for tampons?” I was lowkey horrified the rest of the day—I couldn’t believe I spoke to my boss like that. The next day I go in, ready to apologize and govel if it means keeping my job

(2/6) So I storm out of the bathroom and find my boss there, who jumps at the sight of me. So I hold my palm out to him and ask, “Do you have quarters?” To my surprise, he got his wallet out immediately. But I continued and asked, “Do you have to pay for toilet paper to wipe your own ass?”
