I do believe that Trump wants to make a major land purchase. Nothing would cement his legacy quite like adding to the land of the United States and ideally name a new state for himself.

It is counterintuitive for healthcare to be linked to employment status or locality. There is no linear link between the two, it is an accident of history which is unprecedented in most modern societies.
