So anyways I still don’t know if it was a prank call, or a serious inquiry that the caller realized could become an awkward limp bizkit reference. But I did learn that chocolate starfish are real and not just a euphemism for an asshole. So-

“A chocolate Starfish…. No… we don’t have those.”
“Do you have any?”
“No we only carry freshwater fish… no saltwater.”
“Hot dog water.” *click*
“Huh….. guess it’s time to google if that’s an actual starfish now I guess.”

My grumpy baby by the way, is a 3 month old guinea pig who’s not quite used to human interaction. He absolutely melts into head scratches, The squirms heavily when picked up. the hair in front of his eyes is a bit long and straight, making it look like he’s has a grumpy expression 24/7

I don’t know how I’d rate my coworkers nicknames compared to mine because our care room has a “Questlove” and a “Bits”

Bits takes his daily medicine like a fucking champ tho, so I love him.
