my therapist recommended i do cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia
does anyone have experience with doing that? i’ve done CBT before but never for insomnia specifically - she said they offer it here so i wouldn’t need to go someplace else and that people have found it helpful i guess !!

here is my east blue sanji cosplay !!!!! i forgot to buy a tie and didn’t remember until i was inside the con, i didn’t have time to figure out the blonde wig i was gonna wear, and i forgot to draw both of his eyebrows so tbh i barely look like him but i thrifted the whole thing so 10/10 in my book
