That whole thing was such flagrant nonsense. Like, when you move for summary judgment, you have to cite evidence for every alleged fact. It seems plaintiffs got around that by putting "Jew exclusion zone" in a *topic heading* (which don't require citations) x.com/aaiqbal/stat...

Let me just be clear here: there NEVER WAS A JEW EXCLUSION ZONE. The idea is absurd, a figment of Trump’s imagination. Did not happen. Did. Not. Happen.
