As a longtime host on @airbnb, I am furious that they don’t support hosts. A decade + of experience and 100s of strong reviews fall to the wayside as soon as 1 guest complains. I get that the guests pay the bills, but there’s no product without us and I think AirBnB owes some loyalty and support.
