We studied TF binding, 3D chromatin interactions and nascent transcription during androgen stimulation time-course in prostate cancer cells (LNCaP). We found that AR rapidly binds to FOXA1 pre-marked sites and induces nascent transcription. H3K27ac is often deposited prior to AR binding. (2)
