Why not spent $10 and get a bunch of surprisingly high quality cake decorations for a Jersey Jack Toy Story Pinball?

Looking forward to playing Stern’s Fall of the Empire pinball, but …

My Twilight Zone Pinball had been “under the weather” for the past 11 months. I knew how to fix, but just focused on other things. With 4 hours or so, got TZ up and running this weekend. Just put another 10 games on it, you know, to test it’s working. Damn. I’d forgotten how great this pin is!

Got around to updating Uncanny X-Men to this weeks 0.93 release. It’s great!

Continuing my Capcom Pinball Magic restoration. Here's one of the leaf switches for the slingshots. Pretty clearly human mangled in a poor attempt to adjust it. I did my best to straighten it out, but may get a new one. Working fine now. #pinball

Replaced a nasty plunger rubber tip on my Pinball Magic. It's crazy I didn't replace this sooner. It's trivial to do! I'd focused on replacing rubbers that required removing half the playfield. Here's the bad one and the new one. Yeah, I prefer the white. BTW, Pinball Magic is awesome. #pinball

My beautiful Scared Stiff (Bally, 1996), which I spent a lot of time making perfect, has gone to a new home. Here's her last picture from the garage before loaded up and driven away. #pinball

Starting to stencil the black knight pinball. We are going with colors that are metallic and quite a bit more bold than the original, just because.

Pinball Magic has a clear captive ball. Mine was old & ugly, had a strange slot -- maybe this isn't an original but rather something another owner repurposed? Ordered a new acrylic one for about $5 and it looks great. See the old + new below plus installed and lighted up! Looks Great! #pinball

My Pinball Magic (Capcom, 1995) needed its apron refreshed. Here's the installation of a new decal and the results. #pinball

Capcom Pinball parts can be hard to find. When Pinball Magic’s captive ball post broke, I got something close but it didn’t accept a screw cap to hold the post rubber in place. I designed and 3D printed a sleeve + cap. Very happy with results. Pics: broken, replacement no cap, with my 3d print

Toy Story 4 (JJP, 2022) Duke Caboom shot is my current favorite among pinball! Feels amazing. I either feel like cheering (or cheer) each time I make it. When maple leaf is lite, ramp pops up. Shoot between the two posts & ball flies up & over much of back playfield, rolling into Star Adventurer.

Really enjoying Jersey Jack Pinball's Toy Story 4 (2022, Lawlor). Focusing just on looks, it's amazing. Some pics for you to see.

Going to try out Jersey Jack Pinball's Toy Story 4 (2022, Pat Lawlor). Really well done, fun, great production values, callouts from Tim Allen, Annie Potts and Hank's bother! It's the anti-Stern pin in many ways -- it just feels very different. It's just chill. But it's not even setup yet!

Capcom's Pinball Magic (1995) has a Magic Wand that allows the ball to float underneath. The Magic Wand can rotate and case the ball to be delivered to another location!

Tech Babble. Spent days on Pinball Magic, why some lamps didn't turn on (& other weird behavior)? Found manually grounding row made lamps come on! Assumed bad row transistor/MOSFET. Today found it wasn't. 2 arms of a bulb touching, shorting. Bent back, all good! Glad to find before replacing MOSFET!

Capcom's Pinball Magic (1995) has a levitating pinball trick! If the trick isn't active, the game will kick the pinball out into the audience area. If active, the ball levitates upward and rolls out the stage's top right (our view). Awesome! Pinball Magic is a great pin.

Pics from the playfield. It’s in pretty solid shape.

Just picked up a non restored but nice Capcom Pinball Magic (1995). Game has great toys that perform “magic” on the pinball. Needs some repairs. More to come as I dig into this pinball machine.

I like Judge Dredd Pinball (Bally, 1993), especially the playfield artwork. It has wire ramps on top of wire ramps. Also has a LARGE spinning globe, Deadworld, used for a ball lock (functionality reduced at least minute for fear of balls getting stuck, but can be added back). Plus a nice topper.
