I do the same kind of farming and food and herb (seasoning kind) nothing hits better than maintaining my crops, harvesting, and starting new babies. Except the weed I harvest that hits really good too.

I don’t hate her I think she’s doing her best I do think there are times it could be handled differently however I often understand where she is coming from. You make a very good point though. It’s a very hard time I just want everything to be better. Maybe I’m projecting too much on her.

There are plenty trans people I would consider to be doing more. I appreciate trans representation anywhere and I don’t discount her work or accomplishments I just want more. You don’t seem that interested in nuance though.

Yea it’s pretty unreasonable. It’s medical cannabis I use mine to replace opioids and I’d be better a little stoned to take pain away than on oxy or uselessly disabled from pain.

I don’t really I want more out of her. Science disagrees with everything these bigots say and I think even in your example which is much better than what was circulating yesterday she is not doing enough to advance trans rights.

I really hope it does as well. Backlash from their garbage only seems to be growing. As far as the chronic illness goes disability will happen to most people at some point in their life I just try to stay as positive as possible and steal forest valkahi’s “never have a bad day” attitude 🩷

I can’t lie I’m very privileged in that my wife is the breadwinner and we live with my mom since my father passed and I got physically disabled so I don’t have to worry about that part. I’m mostly waiting to talk with her mother after we see the fallout of the DOE being dismantled.

Oh absolutely you’ll find no disagreement from me they’re more fucked than we were. It’s terrible and I’ve been weighing whether to keep my child in school anymore and just homeschool instead which I know comes with its own issues.

I was born in 93 and I had them at the end of high school so like 2? So I can pretty easily see how there would be a split of both not having them and having them depending on the school.
