If someone proposes a solution to a problem you don’t have time to solve and you’re unsure whether to trust them, ask, “What other options do you have?” If they can’t explain their reasoning, don’t trust them for the job.

If something is convenient we do more of it. As a startup founder if you feel like you aren’t growing - ask yourself “am I comfortable here?” If the answer is “Yes” - then you aren’t growing fast enough.
