The "problems" that "didn't exist after WWII" could be due to the rich still paying taxes during that time. Seems like there could be a correlation between all those services deteriorating and changes in tax policy.

Since 1981 the Vehicle ID Number or #VIN has been 17 digits. In the US it can be found by looking through the windshield- bottom corner of dash, driver's side. VIN stickers are also on the door or b-pillar, but sometimes they fade or are illegible. An (edited) dash vin plate shown for reference.

You know which kids will never do these things? Dead ones. Dead from measles and other preventable diseases. Dead or critically injured from being shot at school or church or the grocery store.
