This is maybe awful but I can’t wait to not share my belongings w/my roommate. once I move out the apt will be completely empty, no cleaning or cooking supplies & nowhere to sit. The other day I brought up that he never cleans the shower in our 4 yrs here & his response was ya I’ve thought abt that

There was a creator on tiktok talking about women disfiguring their bodies and faces to fit modern beauty standards and she mentioned at the end how this makes women feel safe and I CANNOT stop thinking about it. being pretty makes women feel safe.

I try so hard not to be envious of the people who can just quit their jobs and take time to figure out what’s next. My roommate just quit without anything else lined up and now she just goes to museums and dinner and whatever the fk else she wants with no care in the world.

Just bumped into my therapist irl on the train :) probably the most important person in my life this past yr and I wanted to cry. people can be so powerful in our lives and I hope we remember to give back and to lean on others when necessary this year
