Reflecting on decay. I call last week "rot week" as I checked out and did the bare minimum.

Today on substack, I saw a post about the pieces of us that have to die off in order for the new life to come through.

Here is a detail of an art journal page that gave me this same epiphany.

A lovely walk on a crisp fall day in Bavaria.

I used my 2hr wait in the Neurology clinic to create a Bsky account. I've been debating it for over a yr, starting over on yet another platform - I have art to do!

I'm another yr with no new lesions, blood taken, now journaling during a late lunch.

How do you like it here?
