So the winning paper included arguments that the 14th and 15th Amendments to the Constitution are unconstitutional? Then the school tops it off with its position that arguing for white supremacy is the neutral position, while teaching the impacts of white supremacy is impermissible.

Importantly, the Constitution's emoluments clause does not require a quid pro quo because the framers understood corrupt influencing does not require a specific bargained for outcome at the time of the "gift".

He was denied asylum previously because he was being persecuted by a gang in El Salvador rather than the government. Now, he is being persecuted by the government of El Salvador because of the Trump Administration's actions, strengthening his asylum claim and creating legal status in the US.

While not a pot of funds to be eliminated, with the White House asserting that it can make new law by executive order that preempts state law, they could eliminate dealer requirements for cars. See, www.justice.gov/atr/economic.... These guys are some of the biggest donors to right wing causes.

It makes sense for a leadership change. Nadler could have had a defining moment with the first Trump impeachment by really laying out the charges and crimes in the impeachment resolution -- like an indictment. Instead, it was a wishy-washy document that allowed it to be spun and forgettable.
