I like the idea of sharing contacts with incoming folks & inviting them to mtgs during overlap. Shadowing? But more integrated! I guess it could get more complicated if what new folks really want to do is go in a v different direction?

Succession is a Rubik’s cube & isn’t given as much consideration as is due. New managers will bring their own communities, but how do you make sure no one feels alienated or unsupported?
