I've been playing D&D for 18 years but never had the money or a reason to buy miniatures as I was always a player. Back in 2017, I put my own in person group together. Commence blind box purchases. My wife, @degreeschelseus.bsky.social, is super lucky and pulled my first beholder, also back in 2017.
