I love gamedev.
First I stubbornly bash my hand viciously against my laptop's touchpad trying to do pixel art for a fishing game I'm prototyping. I throw the background.png and the character.png image onto my Godot project. Everything seems fine.
I hit "play" and this happens

Forgor to leave an update on this but I did end up making a nicer looking sword!
I did a 2d sketch of it, modeled it, learned about turntables, accidentally saved 300 png images of it spinning on my puter and panicked, wanted to uv unwrap it but failed... Fun stuff!
