Due to her singular pursuit of eternity she has stagnated and held back her nation and only caused them harm. Thus by having her realize her mistakes and learn from them we get a character arc, I really only wish we got more backlash fom the inazumans. Her 1st story quest couldve fixed that oh well

as much as i dislike the archon quest Ei is a great character, I feel like people are way too quick to jump on a characters flaws and say that makes them a bad character when that is rarely ever the case. Eis mistakes line up with her flaws that are resolved in her 2nd quest

Going there for the first time with the gloomy oppresive mood really sells the idea of a place in dire straits. Exploration feels dangerous and the puzzles are actually hard. All the fun political intrigue and the unrest in the citizenry is really sold well

I personally agree tho it is a pain. I have just been suffering ever since ff release cause I really dislike the break playstyle its rough
