Women who look like me earn 82¢ for every $1 a man makes—and others earn even less. We hold ~25% of STEM roles and only ~29% of C-suite jobs (mostly HR). DEI and affirmative action policies benefited us the most. Why tear them down when we still have so far to go? What do we tell our daughters? 🤔

When we Christians are more known for our support of presidents than we are for our support of the poor, the immigrant, the marginalized, and the oppressed, that is when we know we are following someone other than Jesus and we have a lot of repenting to do.

Protect your peace, you are worthy of unconditional love. Never apologize for showing up as your authentic self, those who matter will always love you.
I did a really hard thing today. The last 6 months have been a long journey of growth and valuable lessons. Still sucks though.
