My daughter (legally disabled with a progressive incurable condition) was mailed a statement saying they intend to “collect an overpayment,” even though nothing has changed. I went online to file an appeal & got this:

Potato after his #FIP meds. He has 2-1/2 more months to go. This illness is lethal and can change at any second. His back legs are still wobbly (we say he has a manly swagger…) but he’s doing okay so far. Fingers crossed. #cats

First day of #FIP treatment. Potato doesn’t like his medicine but he’s making the best of it.

A litter showed up on my porch last summer. We fed them & put out toys, & they all eventually left except for a chunky little “potato” who had trouble walking. It took 6 months for him to trust us to pet him. Now he’s out of the cold, vaccinated, neutered, & his gait problems are being worked up. 💕
