Wait bc no one ever talks about hormones wrecking you’re emotions every now and again. I know for a fact it’s my hormones causing mood swings- rn im getting irritated over the smallest things, some valid things but I just can’t tell how severe because I’m trying not to listen to my extreme feelings.
