Iirc Ubisoft ditched Steam for Uplay/EGS for a while. But gaming in general just got a lot bigger too. Pretty much every new entry of a game has their record broken from the last entry. Tekken, MH, SF, even the Atelier series

No mention of an expiry date on the website or on sites like reddit but you're only saving about 3$ per purchase.

I'm much more open to restarting OW games like Fallout or BG if I've only played like 3-4 hours.

I'd restart a SP/narrative game if I haven't reached 1/4 of the length.

I really wish AW2 got a Steam release as someone that has it on EGS. I get that it's funded by Epic Games but you have to expand to the biggest net every once in a while. Bethesda couldn't live without Steam, MS isn't ignorant enough to skip out on it despite Gamepass, EA/Ubi even came back.

I spent 200$ on my 1440P 144hz IPS monitor and thought that was a lot lmao.

I get that OLED's pretty much the IPS of the 2020s but I cannot imagine how many non tech dudes would actually spend more than 400$ on the monitor alone.

Probably not, MR is a pretty hard copy to OW when it comes to the format. Still worth trying if you have a good system.
