on inat you can also view the most commonly observed species in an area, like how in merlin you can see which birds are likely to be found in your area! the most charismatic ones usually have the most submissions since people notice them more, so it's not a true representation of rarity

both iNaturalist and Seek (basically inat lite, made by the same people) have computer vision image recognition and species ID! but wild mushrooms can be really hard to ID with a photo unless you also take a spore print! still, it might get you closer, like to family or genus level...
