The only important thing is whether she will help Democrats/hurt Republicans going forward. I don't understand why so many Democrats get so hung up on personal grievance. Politics is business; it's not personal.

Looking at Jay Bhattacharya, maybe he needs to focus on making sure he wears a suit that fits?

All depends on the terms of the contract. I have yet to see a contract. But even assuming an artist broke the contract, all the Center would be entitled to recover under contract law is the money it paid the artist . . . not $1 million or some fudged up number like that.

If he was going sue, you would think Grennell would allege that Redd breached the contract. No such allegation was made let alone identifying which provision was breached. Anyone have a copy of the contract?

Thought the whole file was sitting on Bondi's desk six months ago?
December 26, 2025 at 11:26 PM
Good hire. Hopefully he'll groom the next coach so Michigan doesn't have to go through another on of these searches.

Guessing Bondi resigns within next 30 days-when Congress starts digging into doc redaction (which Epstein law requires be explained). She's facing contempt/impeachment proceedings. With Trump's approval numbers dropping & House likely flipping to Dems, I think she bails on Trump to save her behind.

There is no comparison between Trump and Clinton.
December 25, 2025 at 8:39 PM
Trump is going with "whattabout" approach-leading with Clinton stuff to help soften blow of material about him. As for Clinton, what he is really saying is that records of other men involved (besides himself) needs to be released. He already knows DOJ is going to release all material about him.
December 25, 2025 at 8:37 PM
Remember when Bondi said the files were "sitting on my desk right now"? She must have a very big desk. Look forward to when she is asked about that comment at a future Congressional hearing.
December 24, 2025 at 11:47 PM
Why? To deflect attention away from Trump? To divide Democrats at a critical time? And this postmortem is only an opinion anyway. Democrats are so good at eating their own.

Don't worry, it will be up on youtube Canada soon.

They're outsmarting themselves . . . and in the end, when it turns out they actually intentionally buried documents, and protected Trump with illegal redactions, people not named Trump will end up getting indicted.
December 24, 2025 at 2:51 PM
Generally, discovery is performed at once in this type of 3 part burden shifting case (see McDonnell Douglas v. Green in Title VII cases). I'm guessing that judge is making an exception here because if he forces Blanch/Singh to testify, case will immediately be appealed before we get to the merits.
December 24, 2025 at 12:48 AM
Why the hell are they discussing their investigatory steps on X???????
December 23, 2025 at 8:14 PM
If Massie really wants to bury Trump, he and Paul should run as a third party in 2028. They won't win but will draw so many votes away from Republicans that Dems would win in a landslide.
December 21, 2025 at 3:47 PM
That's because he's under investigation!!!!
December 21, 2025 at 3:39 PM
What order? Furthermore, the statute would supersede any alleged order.
December 21, 2025 at 3:39 PM
Doesn't the fact that his image was released mean he is "not under investigation" and images that were redacted (e.g., Trump) by implication mean they are being investigated?
December 21, 2025 at 3:37 PM
Predictable. Eventually, this will have to be addressed by the courts. Hopefully a court will appoint a special master (who will bring in a team) to review the redactions. A question will be whether any special instructions were given with respect to material referencing Trump.
December 19, 2025 at 9:45 PM
We all knew this was coming (or DOJ would "over redact"). What are you going to do about it? Do citizens have a private cause of action? Does this law subject these records to a FOIA request? Or does a lawsuit have to be brought by Congress A lawsuit/FOIA request should have already been teed up.
December 19, 2025 at 7:38 PM
File it at 12:01 a.m. Blanche has already said they aren't going to timely comply. Seek a court appointed special master to supervise.
December 19, 2025 at 7:27 PM
To be paid for by the money Trump and his family have stolen from the American people.
December 19, 2025 at 7:26 PM
Dems should have been ready for this and filed a lawsuit. Asleep at the wheel.
