Imagine urself as a kid carrying heavy gallons of water on ur back. Imagine u've been carrying the water for all of ur lifetimes. U r constantly made aware that u haven't relieved your cosmic inner child. Start the work. Picture the kid & hug her as you are now. Tell him you'll carry the load now.

The more you work on getting to Inner Union the less anxiety, panic, tension, frustration, exhaustion of ascension symptoms, you will feel. As Earth ascends towards 5D Consciousness, that frequency is inevitable. If you resist the inner work, the symptoms above will continue to drag you down.
