I think Sarah is wildly off the mark here. 2A fanboys always say it's about protection against a tyrannical government, but they are quiet as a church mouse once one showed up. The simple fact is they like the 2A because they like their guns, it's nothing more high minded than that.

That's one way to look at it, but I'm not going to waste my Tuesday afternoon to install Biden 2.0. Trump committed an insurrection and Biden/Garland allowed him to walk free. Voting for another version of that is just not something that I am going to do.

I'll say it again. If the dem running for president doesn't explicitly run on abolishing ICE and prosecuting those agents and administrators that committed obvious crimes, I will not vote.

I get why they do it this way, I just think it has more to do with optics than actually picking the best team. If Miami won by multiple scores then it would make sense to give them the edge, but winning at home by a last minute field goal doesn't move the needle enough for me.
