AZ Blue Cross Blue Shield (bcBS) sucks even more than United "healthcare". I go to the ophth Dr bcBS directed me to. That ophth Dr orders cataract surgery ASAP. bcBS denies claim because surgical center Dr uses is not in cartel bcBS controls.
