Hate is a strong word. I don't dislike people because of their immigration status. Whether they are immigrants or not isn't part of my judgement. I do dislike people who are damaging this country and demonizing immigrants. Some of whom, happen to be immigrants themselves.

It's not a waste to say these things, but it's a waste when it's in reply to an angry old dude who's happily uninformed and strongly opinionated. It would be better said as it's own tweet and not hidden in a thread.

He vehemently thinks Palestinians are white and that black people shouldn't care about foreign policy. I'm not even sure they spread that kinda mess on Facebook.

He legitimately doesn't. He's very uninformed about Israel or Palestine and was extremely unreceptive to actual dialog around it.
