Yup. I had a culture shock, decades ago, after volunteering for an overnight shift in a homeless shelter. That next morning, nearly every adult who stayed the night got on a bus that was taking people to their jobs. I wish it was harder for people to be cruel; we're all human.

I served 7 years in our military done the Vietnam thing. with many others that served because they were asked. If I had to move to Canada or Mexico to avoid what this Texas National Guard is asked to do, I'd resign immediately. Whatever it took but I wouldn't serve under Trump period.
