Donating blood can lower your iron levels. I recommend trying iron-rich foods and/or an iron supplement. Be careful with iron supplements, though--20 mg is approx the recommended daily intake, and 200+ mg can cause some undesirable symptoms. Love your art, btw, and hope you feel better!
