I was talking to the developer of a property just around the corner from me, on some farm land. He said he was building starter homes. I said “great, what’s the starting price?” He responded with “$900,000” 😳. $900k for a starter home in West Jordan UT? GTFO!

Nothing will surprise me with this administration. I can only hope they are so incompetent that they can’t screw things up to bad. I’m afraid they will undo a lot of the progress that has occurred.
