Before there can be any effective protest action taken against oligarchy, opposition movements have an obligation to recognize and plan to support those who are “drafted by poverty” (thank you, TeaJay for that language) into participating in the structures that create billionaires.

I spent the summer studying it for serious and my firm belief is that it poses an existential threat to humanity and the planet. We can stop it by simply refusing to allow it. But we won’t make that choice.
