The behavior from our current "leaders" was expected, but still shocking to see. Checks and balances doesn't exist when Congressional Republicans have sold their spine for personal gain.

I made a new boundary for myself: avoid all news like the plague and take one morning (at work if possible) each month to catch up on what was done, and ask "Is there any action I can take"? Stepping away from the doom scrolling, the rhetoric, and "what ifs" has been liberating.
