Yep, they wanted to “bring the country together” like Black people didn’t count as fellow citizens. It was never “the right time.”

This Democracy is only “healthy” when Democrats are in the White House. I’ve watched the media ignore too many ism’s (racism, fascism, sexism…) under Republican presidents. Maybe it’s simply sensory overload when Republican take power. The media gets in line like good republicans.

THE USPS is self sufficient! It does NOT use tax dollars. Repubs have been trying to privatize it for decades. Many, many locations Fed Ex, UPS and Amazon depend on USPS for “last mile” deliveries. Private also have higher prices with delivery dates slipping into WEEKS with increased volume.

WTF! I guess he “has no skin in the game” if this bill passes. Allowing Republicans to pass this reprehensible legislation will devastate our economy, cripple our middle class and make women, minorities and LGBT people second class citizens. A traitor to everyone who expected him to stand with them.

How many times do we need to fight this fight? These assholes can remember how many superbowl championships Brady has but remembering the US POSTAL SERVICE and SOCIAL SECURITY are self-sustaining disappears every 8 years is mind boggling.

We are a “Nation of Laws”. Repubs have violated our Democracy to its core. This is no different than Repubs deciding to give public executions of political enemies on the White House lawn. Either our government acts within our Democratic legal structure or they install a new government, ie a coup
