Yesterday was a warm summer day here in Humboldt. Around 1300 I noticed 2 dogs inside a hot car with the windows rolled down about an inch. How is this ok? It’s animal cruelty and if it were a human in that car it would be life threatening. I made sure the city is aware. #loveanimals #safetyfirst
