Subjective? We can quantify levels of fairness. But we should be focusing on equity. I don’t believe a joint stock company made modernity possible I believe it was the industrial revolution.I want to clarify I think a joint stock company can be sustainable. But there is evidence it created bubbles

A joint stock company is just the appearance of success. Rearranging deck chairs on the titanic. A company that treats its customers well goes under particularly because of these other companies robbing everyone else.

Especially now. The U.S. has proved time and again that free markets do not work or even exist.

I’m always curious why people care so much about free markets and spending less on labor. When they should just focus on finding out what their budget balance would be to keep the business running. What is the point of making excess? Greed? Ego? It’s insanity expecting or wanting free markets

They would be. It’s how the U.S. operates. They stifle competition to look better in comparison 🤣

They just give off the illusion of success. Theres shown to be a bubble that pops throughout history.

Some parents like it. Some grew up with it that way and continue the tradition. I wouldn’t blame parents but instead attack the problem of it being about climate change, lack of social cohesion, etc. parents are a high trust group in a low trust world. Also dont forget they are battling mentally

As someone whose parent forced them into car pickup, I eventually changed their mind into letting me ride the bus. But boy did I abuse that freedom. Parenting is sort of like accepting psychological warfare. U don’t know what kid you’ll get so you gotta take extra care with them.
