Sadly, these "honours" have long been a joke & I feel sorry for those that have actually earned & deserved recognition that they are now so tainted.

As a woman it doesn't bother me at this point because the Lib women who could be in those positions don't represent me any more than the men taking their place.

I push back against the labelling of nasty Christians as "not real Christians" every chance I get. Christianity is in the eyes of the adherent/interpreter thanks to an inherently contradictory Bible & petrifying otherwise gives it undeserved credit for & authority over morality & decency.
