This #NationalHispanicHeritageMonth, 651 ARTS salutes the Black artists whose lives and work were informed by Spanish colonialism's legacies. Inspired by MLK Jr.'s "I Have a Dream" speech, the Colombian choreographer #EleoPomare (1937-2008) made a commitment to prioritize Black life in his work.
