From the HK: Silksong wiki "Challenge is an innate ability that Hornet begins with. When Hornet uses Challenge, she swings her Needle behind and swirls a thread of Silk around herself, which consumes 1 notch of Silk. The swing of Hornet's Needle deals 2 damage, and will gain silk on hit. Additionally, Hornet's next strike with the Needle will deal 50% more damage until the effect wears off. If used while Hornet has no Silk, she will still swing her Needle, but not swirl thread around; the damage boost to her Needle will not be applied."

every single review is whining about the vocals which are like completely fine and fit the album perfectly it pisses me off!!!

Vocalist (Sy Snootles) has one of the most immediately off-putting voices in existence. The first track sort of gets you ready but then the next one hits like a freight train with that weird high pitched shrill. Combine that with the vocal fry and gurgly throat sounds gives this album an experience unparalleled. That on its own should make the album garbage, but the instrumentals are pretty damn cool in isolation. Lots of unique and odd time signatures, cool chord progressions and rhythms keep it very interesting, especially on tracks like Eyeballs Part 2, specifically the instrumental parts. Then Snootles comes in and ruins it with a primordial shriek from the depths of the earth. WEIRD album." Donblem reviews Eyeballs by Dent (2015) (Apr 08 2023 - 2.50 stars) on RYM: "Few albums can enter my ears and my instant reaction is just pure confusion. The guitar bass and drums are all standard, if not a little cool, and then the vocalist came in. The vocalist sounds like a distorted Geddy Lee that makes me uncomfortable. I can't tell if it's a good kind of uncomfortable or bad yet. Definitely some points I did not like though. Some that made me feel less than happy. Like how can you start with an intro similar to AND YOU AND I on Eyballs pt. 1 and then THROW so hard."
