Belated day 4 update: we made it to Florida and were greeted with three days of thunderstorms (more thunder than we heard the whole time we were in LA). We are both readjusting to life with humidity (pray for us).

Fred and I went on a cute little run just now. It wasn't far, it wasn't fast, but it was pain-free!!

For context:
In the lesser outdoors, a girlie with crutches and a winning smile is walking a perfect precious little doggie, who is lying down at her feet like a very well-behaved boy.
