What magic is this? I want to learn this too. Did you use a laser cutter?

Congrats! Judging by the size of the kiln, you might be able to use the outlet for your dryer. When I installed mine the quotes were from $300 to $10,000!

I was afraid for you when I saw your post, but I absolutely can relate. I still find it hard not to peek! I time my firings so that the kiln will cool overnight because I don't trust myself.

I cracked the rim on a large serving bowl due to the cold air shock of briefly opening the kiln lid for a peek. So no.

Saw him in the late 80's and it was boring as hell. Crowded House opened for him and stole the show.

Beurer makes a thermal treatment device that you can get at Costco or Lee Valley in Canada. You apply it to the bite, and heat neutralizes the enzymes that cause a reaction. Also picaridin works quite well and isn’t nasty like deet.

Proud to have grown this myself.

My friend had success starting carrots indoors and transplanting them. Also, seeds need to be kept moist at all times until germination, which is more difficult this time of year.

You've inspired me. I think I can make this with my router. Thanks!

Don't forget to also check Craigslist. Many people are not on Facebook.

I was going to recommend a super floofy bed that my girl really loved, but I googled it and it's made in the USA so never mind 🫤

I hope it works! Let us know how it goes.

My understanding is if you bisque fire your mold at a cooler temp than the usual 04 (08 maybe?) then it will be more porous and your work will dry faster. I haven't tried it yet.

That glaze is stunning!

I'm not normally the flag waving type, but I saw the impending trade war as an opportunity to take back the flag from the trucker convoy nut-jobs.

Ouch. Those tools are pricey.

Platters are the worst. Mine always warp.

If you don't mind giving up your secrets, are you using commercial glazes, or is it your own recipe?

Love the glaze and checked out your other work. Really like your style.

I recall Amanda Palmer was scheduled to appear on Gomeshi's show as the allegations against him were surfacing. At first she seemed utterly unbothered by it, and it took days of pressure by her fans to cancel her appearance. Now I get why she didn't react like the rest of us.
